Sonia Kashuk Lipstick Review

With their super sleek and modern packaging, Sonia Kashuk's line always catches my eye. During the summer, I finally caved and bought one. The color I chose was a pretty safe one. It was between this, or the deep red. I decided to play it safe and chose Sunkissed - which appeared to be a warm dusky rose on the packaging. Let's see if it holds up to my standards.

Shiseido Perfect Rouge Tourmaline Review

May I present to you, the beginning of my lipstick addiction. Looking back, I realize this is probably one of the best lipstick purchases I've ever made. Can you tell by how much I've used it? This is probably the first lipstick I'm going to finish. This is Shisiedo's Perfect Rouge in Tourmaline or PK307. The PK stands for pink.

Edward Bess Lipstick in Endless Dream

blogger reviews, lipstick, edward bess, makeupwithtea, beauty,

Around my birthday this year, I decided to treat myself to a lipstick. Lipsticks are usually the one makeup item that I cave into. Prior to this, I never really heard much about Edward Bess, but after seeing their wearable color choices and seeing their good reviews on MUA, I decided to give this one a shot. This is my review on Endless Dream.

Tom Ford Lipstick in Indian Rose Review and Swatches

Tom Ford Lipsticks have been very highly reviewed around the blogosphere. This month, I've finally got my hands on one of them through one of my really good friends, BluChiffon. I'm so excited to be trying this lipstick because I've always wanted to get my hands on one. Anyway, here's the review.

Bobbi Brown Calypso Creamy Matte Lipstick Review & Swatch + LOTN

Recently, Bobbi Brown introduced these creamy matte lipsticks. I've finally been able to snag one and it's been quite a journey with this lipstick. At first, I thought it was too bold for my simple every day / night looks. I've never really worn quite a bright fuchsia pink before. So this one was my way of kicking the door of my comfort zone and trying something new. I have to say, I'm quite pleased.

March Wishlist

Beauty Blogger, Wishlist, Red Lipstick, Hourglass, Bobbi Brown, Nars, YSL,

1.) Matte Red Lipstick. It's something I've been wanting for awhile. A little while back, when I first tried Red lipstick, I was too afraid of it's bold color. Now that I'm a little older, I'd like to pull off the sophistication of a deep matte red lipstick. I'm thinking of Bobbi Brown's Red Carpet Creamy Matte Lipstick. Or maybe Dragon Girl from Nars. Either way, I do believe it's pretty strange to be wishing for red lipstick when the holidays are over. Nevertheless, I still want my hands on something red.

YSL Lipstick in Rose Dahlia Review

You know that feeling when you're just itching for this certain color, in this particular line... But then they don't have it everywhere you look because it's either sold out or they just don't carry it? I believe it took about four attempts before finally find this beauty. And when I finally did find it at a Sephora in the city, I got it with a $10 discount! (Totally justified the expenses.) Anyway, wow. Rose Dahlia, where do I start?

My Latest Obsession: Lancome's Color Design Lipstick

Literally "In Love" with this baby. I have to say ... I'm blown away by Lancome. Last time I tried their lipstick, I was a kid trying on my mom's GWP lipsticks. And back in the day, they were so drying I had to swipe them off my lips in five minutes. Hence, why I would never buy Lancome's Lippies now-a-days. But this one ... oh this one... really really really blew me away. I mean, this is what I expected Chanel lipstick to be like when people described it to me.
