May Favorites!

This month, I've been using a lot of different products. With the temperatures changing sporadically, I feel like its been hard trying to put spring into full gear. It's been rainy and cold one day, with the next being sunny and in the 80's. I think its time mother nature made up her mind.

TBS Hemp Lip Balm: an absolutely must have for super dry lips. I seriously cannot live without this. My favorite lip balm of all time! Full review to come soon

Stila E/S Countless Color Pigments: Normally, I stay clear of Stila's eyeshadows, but this one was too intriguing to not try. I have to say that I'm in love with it. For it's tiny size, it's absolutely perfect for traveling or any on the go emergency makeup! You can blend your brush in it to customize the color however way you want it. I have to say, that's a good and bad thing. Bad because if you wanted a certain shade, and it took you quite some strokes to get it, then it might be a tad bit too frustrating to apply makeup. One way I've bypassed that is by swiping the brush in only localized areas. That way, I'll be sure to get almost the same shade every time.

Sonia Kashuk Brush: Some time ago, my friend told me about this brush that was pretty good, I decided to give it a try and wow, am I in love. This brush is soft and very easy to use. You can use it to lightly apply eyeshadow, but I use it mostly for blending. I find that the wide almost oval shaped blending brush moves around too much to cause any real blending. This one does the job much more efficiently.

UGG Rainboots
(Not pictured) Seriously, who would've though UGG made rainboots? I didn't know either until my sister told me try these rain boots on. Boy was in for a surprise! They have fur in them! And at a Marshall's price, they were just perfect! They've been really helpful with this changing weather.

  1. Hey Gemma! I think you can get one at Sephora. If they still have it, it's included in their 500 beauty points system. It's a Tarte full of goodies. :)
