The Empties



Isn't it always a victorious feeling when you've finished quite a lot of products? It feels like money well spent, as well as a sense of accomplishment. Today I'm going to let you know which products I've finished up recently and briefly why. Since it's getting colder and colder, a lot of these are body products. Korres Yoghurt Face Cream Review



I believe we all have a phase in our life when we try all the face creams when can until one finally works well with our skin. Some face creams were moisturizing enough but just too greasy and to be honest, felt too icky for me. Others were too thin and didn't really do much moisturizing my dry skin. I guess you could say I felt like Goldilocks trying out different face creams. Finally, one day, I tried a sample of Korres Yoghurt Cream and voila, it was perfection. Initially, I was skeptical that Korres Yoghurt Cream wouldn't be the fit for me because it's intentionally made for combination/oily skin. But upon a weeks worth of trying this out, I've realized that I'd finally found the one.

April Empties


It's the end of the month again, and that means ... April Empties!

The first is Spa Technologies Marine Repair Cream. I received a sample of this from my spring Yuzen Box. The lotion is very light and sinks into the skin very easily. It's got a very faint stickiness to it that goes away eventually. It smells like lotion and herbal good-for-you stuff.

My Skin Care Routine


I have a motto when it comes to facial skin care: Less is More. I take this from my mother, who has gorgeous youthful skin from her age of 53. I tried to follow in my Mama's footsteps and use her routine, but it didn't work out too well. It's all good though because I have found something that works.
